Getting Into the Dress

When you’re ready to get your dress on, I will step out so you can get into it and then have you call me back in when it’s time to button or zip it up!

Good locations for these photos can be near a window with you looking out but enough room for me to wiggle in front, so we can get beautiful lighting. I always get photos of you and your loved one buttoning it up.

While you are getting zipped or buttoned into your dress, I always get the question of where do I place my hands? Placing your hands on your upper tummy and pushing the dress up can be perfect. Playing with your ring, looking down, and looking back at your loved one can also be great ways to feel in the moment and not uncomfortable because you aren’t sure where to place your hands or look.

Looking into a mirror, or having a mirror close is also another very beautiful way to get into your dress, so you can see yourself and your loved one behind you.
